A tick is carried by that package, a dash is not. Add means you can take it on its own without moving up — each one is priced under the table.

A school on Core that wants its fees in here should not have to buy boarding, transport and a library to get them. Each of these can be switched on for your school on its own, priced as a share of what you already pay, and switched off again at the end of a term if it was not worth it. Pick a different package above and this list and its prices follow it.

Charged once, at any size, on any package. SMS is not on this page at all, because it is not ours to price: your school connects its own provider account and the network invoices you directly. Payment-processing fees work the same way.
How the price is built
Six rules, so a quote holds no surprises.
Each term, or the year — never monthly
A school holds money in termly blocks and budgets in them. A monthly subscription cuts across the academic calendar and turns one approval into twelve. Pay for the year instead and you keep a tenth of it.
Your size is fixed once a year
Your band is set from the register three weeks into first term and holds for the whole year, so enrolling in February does not change your invoice. It is read again next first term, and a school that has shrunk moves down.
No charge per administrator
Per-seat pricing makes schools ration accounts, which quietly defeats the audit trail. Everyone who works at the school gets an account.
Add a module, not a package
Anything in the list above can be switched on for your school on its own, charged the same way and stopped the same way. If what you are adding comes to more than the step up to the next package, we will tell you and move you up instead.
Your messages are yours, and so is the bill
SMS goes through your school’s own provider account, so the network invoices you directly at whatever you have negotiated. We never buy, resell or mark up a message to a parent, and we cannot see a bill we are not part of.
Nothing is deducted automatically
There is no contract to sign and no standing instruction on your account. Pay by mobile money, card or bank transfer against an invoice, each term, deliberately.
